For seven years I successfully represented businesses and government in various legal matters. I attribute my success to hard work and a willingness to work my client's cases as if they are my own. In 2009, I decided to put my legal skills to use fighting for individuals who have been wronged by businesses and government.

I have experience in debt collection matters due to the years I defended debt collection agencies against suits filed under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the Georgia Fair Business Practices Act (GFBPA). Let me use the unique knowledge and perspective I gained defending collection agencies to help you stop the harassment of debt collectors, to repair your credit report and credit scores and to help you hold debt collectors and credit reporting agencies accountable for illegal behavior.

With the Florida Department of Children and Family Services, I was fortunate enough to represent the state while it battled to protect Florida's children. During that time I realized many parents of children placed in state custody simply need a knowledgeable, compassionate and helping hand in their efforts to reunite their family. Unfortunately, parents are not always able to get that assistance. I acquired the knowledge necessary to help parents complete reunification plans and work with the state and court-appointed guardians ad litem to not only get their children back, but to make a difference in their lives after their families are back together. I am currently active with the Gwinnett County Pro Bono Project and serve on the Gwinnett County Juvenile Court Indigent Defense Panel. Let me help you get back on the right track.
